Hi, I'm Paul - A digital designer and illustrator from Glasgow who has recently graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University.
I'm currently employed as a Graphic Designer by Ibiza Digital Media where my main job is to create fancy stuff for clients. This can include branding & advertising, social media, motion & animation, UI/UX and illustration.
As a digital designer, I have a passion for design but also illustration and particularly enjoy mixing both disciplines together with other techniques such as motion and animation to create unique branding and advertising pieces.
In university I have gained a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, leading me to creating detailed and varied projects such as websites and applications for clients in my current job. I also excel at creating motion graphics and animations which can be used on social media to gain maximum reach for the client's brand.
As an illustrator, I have had work exhibited in Jamhot's "No Opportunity" exhibition in 2017, and also had an illustration of comedian Limmy signed by the man himself by request.
I also hugely enjoy presenting my work to clients and professionals, and earlier this year won 'Best presentation' at Caledonian University's "Creating Conversations" conference.
Apart from all this, I'm also a singer and perform as a soloist in "Got Soul" around Scotland with industry heavy weights such as Mica Paris - Didn't expect that did you?
